  1. Products are dispatched within 3-5 working days as they need the finishing process to be done.
  2. We shall send you an e-mail containing the tracking information once the goods are shipped.
  3. Once shipped, please allow 10-12 business days to deliver in India. International shipments may take 15-20 business days.

  5. Duties, Taxes, and Additional Charges
    All international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the customer. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. By placing an order, you agree to bear any such charges incurred upon delivery.
Sometimes there might be unforeseen delays for reasons beyond our control. Our team will be there to assist you in such cases. 
Kindly note that the delivery times mentioned are indicative only. In rare cases deliveries might be delayed due to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.
